EN JOJUTLA, EL PROGRAMA «ENCHULAME LA SILLA» DE ALEM A.C. HA REPARADO 280 SILLAS DE RUEDAS DURANTE 5 AÑOS

Juan Ángel Flores Bustamante, alcalde de Jojutla, a través de la sindicatura a cargo de Amada Martínez Morán y del Sistema DIF Jojutla a cargo de Geovani Romero Cruz, con apoyo de la Asociación Civil Autonomía Libertad en Movimiento (ALEM), llevó a cabo una vez más el programa «Enchulame la Silla», donde se repararon 22 sillas de ruedas, lo que suma 280 sillas que durante los últimos cinco años han reparado o han recibido mantenimiento, además de la donación de aparatos funcionales a personas con algún tipo de discapacidad en el municipio, todo con el propósito de que las personas que requieren de este aparato tengan una mejor movilidad.

Los trabajos de rehabilitación y mantenimiento de sillas de ruedas se realizan por un equipo de personas con discapacidad que están incorporadas al ámbito laboral, dentro de este programa que cuenta con el taller de reparación y mantenimiento itinerante.

En el acto, el alcalde Juan Ángel Flores, entregó un reconocimiento a la Asociación Civil ALEM, por el trabajo que se ha venido realizando durante los últimos cinco años, agradeciendo al equipo de trabajo por traer una vez más a Jojutla el programa. También reconoció la labor de las 14 personas que se encargan de reparar las sillas, con el objetivo de demostrar que pueden integrarse al ámbito laboral y contribuir para una mejor movilidad de quienes requieren de una silla de ruedas.
