Juan Ángel Flores Bustamante, alcalde de Jojutla agradece a la Brigada de Educación para el Desarrollo Rural 113 con sede en Galeana, que a través del Centro de Desarrollo para la Mujer CDM Jojutla que en coordinación con la Instancia de la Mujer, llevó a cabo el curso de procesamiento de frutas y hortalizas impartido en la comunidad de Jicarero, donde 12 personas lograron aprender la elaboración de mermeladas de piña y fresa, piña en almíbar, chiles en vinagre, chiles chipotles, botanas de cacahuate, almendra y arándanos, mazapán de cacahuate y mazapán con amaranto y arándanos, entre otros productos.
El taller estuvo impartido por la instructora de la brigada Francisca Delgado, quien durante 40 horas distribuidas en ocho semanas, enseñó a las participantes a realizar este procesamiento de frutas como la piña y fresa, granos como el cacahuate y chiles, para inducir al autoempleo.
La mañana de este lunes se llevó a cabo la clausura del curso donde se contó con la participación de profesionistas del CDM, Yanet Olivares y Jessica Batalla, quienes destacaron la importancia del empoderamiento de la mujeres.
La entrega de reconocimientos y clausura estuvo a cargar de Concepción Santana Osorio, jefa del departamento de capacitación de la Brigada de Educación para el Desarrollo rural 113; Jesús Airy Lucio Romero, jefe del departamento de Planes y proyectos y la ayudante municipal de Jicarero Margarita Millán.
